I feel slightly embarrassed to announce this, because who am I to think that someone would pay for my thoughts and recipes? And yet here we are. During my period of unemployment, and while having almost nil access to the interwebz, I have made the decision to embark on the creation of an e-book.
It’s been in the works for a number of months now, and I’m just about 3/4 of the way through. I made this recipe book for you, reader, because I struggled finding recipes when I began my journey. Every recipe book listed “vegan cheese”, “vegan cream” or “vega mayo” – but the most we get where I live is tofu! Help! So you’ll find nothing in my book that can’t be purchased online or at a super basic store.
The recipes will be plant based, mostly whole food, vegan recipes.

I wanted to share the foods that made me feel better. Since going vegan, for the first time in my life, I had energy to burn. I felt vibrant and in-tune with my body and in control of my eating. The urge binge began to ebb away as I cut off my processed-food addictions. I actually began to hate myself a lot less, and occasionally be content with just ‘being’.
