Another quick bowl, requiring me to search through the fridge for anything available. There wasn’t much to find, but thankfully there is always one type of grain, potato and probably something in the freezer.
4 potatoes, chippified
4 TB balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1. Pour the vinegar and oil into a bowl, and toss with the chips. Season well.
2. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until crispy, and soft in the centre.

I used broccolini and peas, quickly cooked in garlic
