OK so it is more of a handwich.
There isn’t a burger in here, but it’s beefy enough in a delicious way.
Blend together 1/4 cup roasted cashews + 1/2 cup coriander + 2-3 sweet chilli sauce and season well.
Slice 1/2 small pumpkin and lay on a baking tray.
Spray with a little oil, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp garlic granules + 1/2 chilli
powder. Bake for 30 minutes.
