This is a strong, green juice. Parsley is such a strong flavour! But this was not only surprisingly refreshing, it was also very easy to drink. I had expected it to kill me, or at least make me gag.
I chose these ingredients, because:
Ginger – for detoxing and gastrointestinal healt
Green Apples – lots of vitamins and relatively low calories
Parsley – containing 554% RDI Vit K and 54% RDI Vit C
Cucumbers and celery are super packed with water content, so they’re straight up hydrators.
I added these for their water volume, as well as vitamins.
1 thumb of ginger
4 green apples
3 bunches of parsley
2 cucumbers, medium
1 bunch celery
