Is it lazy to be again using a curry paste? Probably, but sometimes I crave flavours that I don’t have time to make. I mean, who comes home from work and whips up a paste every time they feel like a curry? As long as the ingredients on the back are OK, then there’s no real problem in my mind. I, again, used the Maesri brand (as seen in my Massaman post here). This brand is good because the ingredients list is: chilli, garlic, fingerroot, shallot, lemongrass, basil, lime leaf, sugar, spice and galagal. So there isn’t any preservative or junk in there.
THAT SAID, it was f**king hot.
