Protein pancakes rock. I get a bit tired of protein smoothies, or as a I mostly do; protein in my porridge. And these banana pancakes are wonderfully tasty. It makes about 10 thin little pancakes, that are filling and delicious, too.
To make, blend together:
– 1/4 cup protein (about 40g serve)
– 1/3 cup self raising wholemeal flour
– 1/2 cup coconut milk, or similar
– 1 ripe banana
