I apologise – posted this early by accident!
If I’m honest with you, I’m not too sure whether I can always muster the energy to whip up pancakes after a run. But my protein shake actually tastes like shit. I block my nose when I skull it. I don’t use an artificially sweetened protein powder, so I have this chunky powdery tasting gunk. But as a vegan, I need to make sure that I push through that for the protein content, especially after my run. And as I had no bananas at home, I thought I may as well make something nicer to eat.
Also, if there’s mixture left over, just pour the whole baby into the pan and eat it as a regular pancake.
