OK so secretly, this dish is the last time that I have ever eaten tahini. Because I don’t like tahini AT ALL. You know how you can make something and when you’re unwell around that time, you can never eat that food again? Well, tahini is my THAT food. So I can’t actually tell you this dish is nice, but it looks beautiful and my partner loved it. It’s also based on a recipe from ohsheglows so you know there’s a good chance it will be yummy.
1 tsp sweetener
4 TB tahini
3 TB nutritional yeast
4 TB water
I used kale, pumpkin, red onion, celery, red capsicum and cucumber.
Cut up all of the salad, throw in a bowl. Mix the sauce in a small jug and then use to coat the salad. Stir well and then serve ASAP.
