A simple tart, with subtle and lovely flavours. Crunchy and flaky tart shell, with silky coconut cream and sweet, juicy popping blueberries, and sweet pureed apricot. Perfect Summer grub.
I forgot to add in my recipe that 1 tsp of vanilla will need to be added to the coconut mix.
This recipe is something that I just made up based on seasonal fruits at the market. If you want it fully raw, you can use your usual tart base instead.
