Spring is here, and it has to be every gardener’s favourite season of the year. It’s time for our long dormant garden to reawaken and get busy. I’ve prepped my hydro for a new bunch of sun-loving plants to take over, and cut the heads off all my brassicas. I’m just finishing up with my Winter cauliflowers, by letting a few go to flower.
It’s been quite interesting watching the heads turn from creamy white to a weird brain of green stalks.
What are you planning to plant this season? I’ve drawn out my plan already – have to plan for the pots available, as this rental doesn’t allow for digging. I also found a good website to assist with knowing when/where to plant some of the more popular veggies – click here.
I’ve also decided to post a SOWING 101 tutorial. It’s a super basic guide, and is not aimed at the more experienced gardener. I just think that many writers assume the reader knows what is meant to happen, when they might not!
