OK, so I broke the mofo rules a little. I didn’t make a sandwich; I made a HANDwich. What’s that, I hear you ask? It’s not a little sandwich from your high tea with tiny serves made perfect for sans-hand sand-wiching. You can’t eat this with a knife and fork sans-hand-cinch. You need BOTH of those feelers firmly attached to this bad-boy.
Dislocate your jaw, or don’t, but DO hold on with both hands.
Now that I’ve made this handwich seem like a rollercoaster and not a late afternoon feed, prepare to be underwhelmed! Not really – everything I make is delicious and nutritious. I’m so cheeky today.

What did I use today? Bulk condiments, for maximum drippage.
Balsamic beetroot slices
Sauerkraut – HEAPS
BURGER (recipe below)
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 TB breadcrumbs
2 TB flaxmeal
½ TB curry powder
Shape into 4 and fry them up. GO!
