This satay is delicious. It’s hard to find a proper satay recipe, that isn’t just some hyped-up peanut butter and water mix. This is complex, spicy and delicious. It does take a bit of time and a bit of love; but damn you’ll think it’s worth it!
Even many restaurants can’t make a good satay these days. But we are better than that, because we are home cooks!
I used pressed firm tofu, and cooked in place of the chicken. Because of the long recipe, I’m going to be lazy and refer you directly to the site where I got my recipe from.
