This was such a quick and delicious way to make some tasty pasta. Cook up your pasta of choice and set to drain, keeping 1/2 cup of the starchy water.
In a saucepan, fry up 4 smashed garlic cloves + 400g mushrooms chopped up. Once the mushies start to sweat, add in 1/2 cup stock + 1/4 cup mylk. You will then need to stir in 3 TB yeast + 1 TB dried basil. Mix it with the pasta water and then stir through the pasta. So simple and awesome.
