These burgers a filled with lettuce, basil pesto and beet.
The mushrooms were marinated in 2 TB balsamic vinegar + 2 TB lemon juice + 1 minced garlic clove + 1 tsp Italian herbs.
I fried them up after marinating for around four hours.
