3-4 big Portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chilli
½ lime, juiced
Avocado – blend it up with ½ juiced lime and coriander
Super simple really – allow the mushrooms to marinate in the spices and lime. After an hour or so, cook gently in a frying pan or grill. Once cooked, serve on your wraps, with chopped veggies and the avocado sauce. Easy!
