A good stirfry is an awesome way to pile in a bunch of veggies for the day. Stirfrying your food involves cooking it at high heat for a short period of time. I avoid frying my foods in oils, and tend to add water to the pan to help with the cooking. Sometimes just a minute or two is all that’s needed. It’s a traditional method of cooking used in many Asian countries, and very much loved by me for the variety of flavour combinations that can be created.
