Probably one of my favourite food-stuffs; you really cannot beat a wonderful curry. I love mine spicy and rich, and not so much Indian curries with cinnamon or cardamom flavours. I also love Thai curries and basically the curries of the world, as long as they’re animal-free and on my plate! Lovingly cooked, and complexly flavourful, I could eat dhal or potatoes in rich gravy every day of the week.
